I would not redo and would not mention to her that the piercings or her ears are uneven. Tell her they look great and leave it at that, she may never notice.
As an adult one of the things that leaves me angry at members of my family is when they pointed out negative things about myself/my appearance that I may have never noticed myself and now can't unsee 😡
