Was this in the mid to late 1980's?
If so, I think I've seen her too.
Ahhhh, I really miss the weirdness that was NYC in the 80's. Everything is too clean and gentrified for my tastes now.

I dont remember. If you saw them in North London in the 80s/90s probably the same people. Cant imagine its too common.

I saw this today on the highway when exiting.
A construction worker standing against his truck , at first I thought how dangerous that is and at the second glance I saw he was standing there peeing..
I guess when you gotta go u go..?

I saw that in MY OWN BACKYARD. A big guy with dreadlocks. I was looking out my master bedroom window, when I noticed him (his back was to me) and I just closed my shades, cuz I didn't want him to see me. He looked scary.
