I’m making red cabbage salad that I usually use pomegranate
Can’t find any and the seeds in a cup are too expensive
What can I use as a substitute
Must be a low carb option so no craisins
Can frozen fresh cranberries work?

Mango is better but I've done strawberries with red cabbage salad. It needs a sweet dressing.
