I make farro all the time. I Sautee onions. Add cubed carrots and celery. And put the farro in with spices and water. Until it cooks down. It’s delicious

There’s orzo made with cassava flour in the gluten free shop on 16 and 39th st. Tastes the same as regular orzo.
