S'more Pie
From a cooking show
Pour approx 1 1/2 cup milk or soymilk into saucepan, heat with 2 cups chocolate chips. Add 1 1/2 tsp vanilla or 3/4 tsp almond extract. You can also do this in the microwave. (If you use vanilla enriched Rice Dream, you don't need to add any vanilla.)
Pour into graham crust and freeze overnight. Or you can chill for four hours. It really only needs to be firm enough to slice.
You can use a bought crust, but I like to make my own with about 1 1/2 cup crushed up graham crackers and approximately 6 tablespoons margarine or butter. You can use cookies, too.
Take a 14-16 oz jar of marshmallow creme and spoon dollops of it onto the pie. Spray your spoon with nonstick spray first and it will be easier for you.
Broil pie under broiler until it's as brown and crunchy as you like. Don't let it burn. If you do, scrape off top layer and try again.
You can even sprinkle chopped toasted nuts on top or toasted coconut. REALLY GOOD!!!!

Pink, You can store it in the freezer, but you can't serve it frozen; I'd put it in the fridge before Shabbos, to make sure. You don't want it like pudding, either, though.
Hannah, I think syrup would be very nice. What did you think of the toasted coconut or slivered nut idea for garnishing it, though?

Does it need to be broiled or can I just put it in the oven on high heat? My oven doesn't have a broiler oven; where there usually is the broiler is a storage area.

Probably you'll ruin the pie that way. It has to be under very high heat for a very short amount of time.
I'll bring you one, bli neder. I made two for Shabbos.

Hannah, what kind of chocolate did you use, and how cold was it when it was served ?
Did you use the whole jar of fluff ?
