Encore does pendency cases, which is not the same as enhanced SETSS. However, they do service a handful of enhanced SETSS cases. The pay is the same, though.

Encore does both. Pendency is what kids get until they reach a settlement with the DOE, the goal of which is usually enhanced service.
PD is professional development. If your agency doesn't provide or if you don't work for an agency, then it's all on you to stay current and learn new methods. If you want to get yourself trained it could cost hundreds for a one day conference.

How do I go about doing this? Don't most schools work with agencies?
