Looking for dips that either don’t have or are very low in mayo. Would love if you could share recipes.

If you go for olives you can try black or Stuffed olives blended (not too fine) with garlic cube or garlic powder. Drizzle olive oil on it

There's the obvious hummus and tahini. You can add fresh herbs to either for a different taste. For hummus you can swap beets for chickpeas, you can do red lentils and boiled carrots instead of chickpeas and add tamarind paste or pomegranate molasses instead of lemon, you can add chipotle peppers, really anything you think of.
Puree tofu with dill and garlic for a creamy sauce
Puree avocado with herbs for a sauce. I usually do parsley and basil or dill and capers.
Olive tapenade. My favorite is good green olives with sundried tomatoes and garlic or plain kalamata olives with garlic.
Puree tofu with a little ketchup and a lot of smoked paprika and som finely chopped pickles for a "special sauce" like is served on burgers and fries
Cook down salsa or fresh tomatoes and your chosen herbs and aromatics for a tomato jam
Baba ganouch with tahini instead of mayo
Eggplant roasted and chopped finely mixed with crushed walnuts and pomegranate molasses
Make a sweet teriyaki sauce like from sushi places by cooking down soy sauce with a little rice vinegar (or substitute) and brown sugar
Mix horseradish, mustard, and a little puréed tofu for a spicy dip
Really then sky is the limit!

Olive tapenade: any variety of olives blended with a tablespoon of capers, clove of garlic, squeeze of fresh lemon juice, olive oil. Tomatoe dip, any variety of tomatoes blended with 1-3 cloves of garlic (depending on how charif you like it) teaspoon Dijon mustard salt and pepper. Sundried tomatoe pesto: 1 cup of oil packed sundried tomatoes, 1 cup fresh basil, 1/4 cup pine nuts (I gave substituted almonds or walnuts when I didn’t have), 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil , 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 2 large garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Thus last one is from Silver Spoonabd never fails to get eaten up
