It's not a preference with us. We prefer so many other proteins than a hunk of red meat. Lamb is so expensive that I hate to waste it. I will put extra chicken breasts in the soup for the gals. Since I brown them first, they are a delicious protein source.

Today is my birthday and we need to celebrate . I'm celebrating a weight loss of 44 lbs so far and my birthday together. We are having the three things I have not had in a very long time:
Sushi
Pizza
Cheesecake

It's an English soup with vegtables, apple, curry, chicken breast, rice and cream. It's delicious. I use fake cream instead of the real thing.
