Leftover pargiyot and rice from shabbos will be repurposed into chicken stir fry with fresh veggies.
I did this motzei shabbos. My pargoyot were marinated in apricot jam and coconut aminos and Chinese five spice powder. And glazed in the same mix. Motzei shampoos, I chopped it up and tossed it in a pan with sautéed mushrooms and celery and a little more coconut aminos (like soy sauce) and served with cauliflower rice.
Gado Gado. Base of frozen rice that I'll reheat with tumeric and coconut milk. Top with canned bamboo shoots and bean sprouts, maybe sautéed shiitake mushrooms, and finely sliced/shredded cabbage and carrots. I'll add some crushed cashews and a homemade cashew sauce.
do you have a milchig and a fleishig instapot? I can't decide what to make mine...
I have both. I had only meat for a long time but when we moved, my kitchen set up changed and it made more sense to get another one to use for dairy then mess around with milchig/fleishig on a small counter area. Its hard to explain unless you see my kitchen lol. It was very nice in the summer to not turn on the stove or oven to make milchigs.
If you have to choose, I would make it meaty. It makes yomtov prep sooooooo easy.
