I would like to give a variety of dips as part of mishloach manos. Does anyone have an easy recipe for roasted red pepper dip (preferably one that does not involve peeling the peppers after roasting them)?
TIA!

I make this it’s very good I got it from Binah magazine I’m pretty sure. I’ve sent it for mishloach manos.
1) 1 large/1 1/2 small red peppers
2) 2 large cloves garlic
3) 1 t. crushed red pepper (it’s a lot I do less)
4) 1 T. vinegar
5) 3/4 t. salt
6) 1/8 t. black pepper
7) 1/2 cup oil
........................
1) Spray peppers with pam and roast at 400 for 15 mins.
2) When peppers are cool, purée them in a food processor.
3) Add garlic and seasonings and blend.
4) Then add oil and blend till well combined.
I also added salt.

Would this work as well with regular vinegar?
