Fried fish (fish sticks for kids), macaroni, and Rutabaga’s gnocchi from this thread, plus I pulled potato soup out of the freezer when the snow started falling!

Yesterday we had:
Shredded chicken sauteed with carrots & zucchini in a ww pita.
Potato knish.
Stir fry vegetables
Today we had:
Ground beef in taco shells, with vegetables, corn & purple cabbage salad

Bump. I made the mashed potatoes- thank you everyone, especially ra_mom whose recipe I used. (I bought a potato masher 😃)
This week:
Sunday- chicken vegetable stir fry + leftovers
Monday- orange chicken + potatoes + soup
Tuesday- beef stew
Wednesday- turkey meatballs + pasta
Thursday- salmon, rice, vegetable s

1 family pk chicken parts
4 oranges (juice of 3, 1 sliced)
1 heaping T onion soup mix
2 tsp silan
Salt and pepper
Bake at 370, 30 min covered and then uncovered until ready, basting as needed.
