I'm looking for a copy machine that will automatically scan and save each document being copied. It's for a playgroup and I want to have all my files and sheets for the year later.

From what I can find, such a machine will cost over $800. Replacement toner cartridges will average over $200 each...
If you're willing to copy, then scan, (or vice versa); there's a lot more options, at more affordable prices.
