I'm using a frozen bag of broccoli that's been thawed (don't let it get soggy and fully defrosted).

Are you supposed to use whole chicken breasts for this rather than cutlets?

Okay thanks. Is this your first time making it? (looks like the recipe was just posted on here recently). If that's the case, please post back and let me know if it's worth giving a try Smile

2nd time. It's delicious.
I placed the broccoli on to bake the whole time. Best to divide everything among 2 cookie sheets so more space to bake evenly.

Chicken nuggets and salad. (Thank you, MealMart.)

It's Midwinter break, people! I can either 1) cook 2) spend time with kids 3) work.
Can do 2 out of the 3.

Chose 2 and 3.

Keeping it real, here! Good mothers sometimes resort to frozen junk. Even health nuts.

(Me and older teen females had grilled chicken chunks in salad. Thank goodness I once froze a lot of diet-friendly food for just such an emergency.)

BTW, what's with the "Honest" in the title?

Every time I post in this thread I get an urge to add something fictitious. Very Happy
