I would love to do a nice Tu Bshvat activity with my kids on Monday. Does anyone have a suggestion? (We will do a little Seder Sunday night at dinner.) Thank you!

You can form shapes of fruit out of rice/crispies with pb or marshmallow & cover with fruit leather.
I cut out fruit shapes & let my kids trace them & put together fruit bowl posters.
My son did a painting on canvas with outline of fruits done with kosher salt then painted.
He also made sandwich cookies into pineapples
