Burgers, meatloaf, stuffed veggies, kebabs, tacos, bourekas, chili, stuffed shells, meat lasagna, moussaka....

Tonight for the kids pancakes and eggs. For me and my dh spicy chicken cutlets with egg noodles and marinara sauce.

Sunday was red lentil and vegetables soup, chicken cutlet in sesame sauce and rice
Today is pulled chicken on a bun with coleslaw and vegetables
Tomorrow will be tuna balls in tomato sauce, kuskus and a soup, don't know which one yet

pancakes, cheese slices, apple slices for the kids.

Husband and I had tomatoes and purple onion on rice cakes with cheese.

Husband is in middle of some DIY construction in the house... this is the best we could do under the circumstances! At least nothing had plaster dust in it Smile

My son ate 2 and a half yogurts for dinner. I served him vegetarian chicken strips also but he just wanted more and more yogurt. I'm eating a salmon salad and my husband will have shabbat leftovers (chicken and quiche).

After spending 2 (!) hours in line at a government office today, I'm so grateful I had food in the freezer. Sesame chicken and mashed potatoes tonight, possibly a salad but unlikely

It's the frozen pardes riced broccoli... I Pam a pot pour the bag into the pot covered to defrost a little add garlic salt garlic powder black pepper onion powder... And just stir till broccoli is at the softness u would like

One pot chicken dinner ( recipe in the first Balabustas Choice cookbook)
Chicken bottoms, onions, garlic, zuchinni, carrot and potatoes and spices all cooked in one pot. Easy peezy and yummy too.
