Thanks for all the great ideas!

We're doing make your own burgers (aka I make burgers and different toppings, and assemble as you wish) + corn. I figure between the veggies that may or may not make it on the burger and the corn, we have enough veggies.

You are cracking me up.

I have breaded cutlets mash potatoes and sour pickles for everyone else.

I am amazed at all the different dishes everyone has here.

Sure, I don't follow a recipe but this is how I did it and was heaven
I bag frozen brussels sprouts
a lot of garlic (around half a head) cut lenghtwise in 1/3 pcs
Sliced mushrooms
Sliced onions
Olive oil, black pepper, salt and spice as you like I did parsley flakes and basil

Roast on around 425-450

We polished it off in seconds!

Did you defrost first, or bake it frozen?

I pulled straight out of freezer which is fine since its on a high number, I wait till its a bit brown and crispy
