This age usually goes to CIT (counselor in training) programs in day camps.
BYA, BY of BP, Penina. This past year there was a new talent camp Rena. All in Brooklyn

The CIT program in BYDC is a full camper program with some special activities for teens.
In BYA that age is partial day assistants for younger bunks.

I did a quick search of the FR and 5T girls camps that I know about and most don't seem to have a program for 8th graders. The only one I could find was this:
