I know you can find girls shabbos socks for cheaper at childrens place and the like, but where can I get boys shabbos socks not at an expensive jewish store??

I guess it's a brooklyn thing :-) You know, not socks that fold over like the typical, but pretty, sometimes printed ones. They're usually thinner.

try the boys section ... of kids r us ... macy's ... boys should not be wearing girls socks ...
try uniform stores also ...

Thanks! These socks look like they're for bigger kids- I need for a toddler. Gymboree has nice socks, but they seem on the steep end too.

I got beautiful socks at Target, and less beautiful and cheaper socks at WalMart. They lose them so fast, I can't rationalize spending a ton of money on them.

Do you have any zippper lingerie bags? They helps a lot in the wash!

Toddlers and babies manage to lose their socks a long time before they get to the wash! They pull them off and throw them away.
Still trying to figure out why you need different socks for shabbos. Unless your son is wearing shorts, you hardly see the socks. I get lots of socks in the same colours - used to get only white, but I got a bunch in brown, blue, green and beige. I pay about 50c a pair (euro cents).

my kids never did tghat...they had shoes on toop of the socks.
