Yes, we need for more people to stand up to hatred. We may all feel disadvantaged at times by feeling that other groups are taking what we feel entitled to but when the rhetoric comes down to hate, eventually some crazed gunman with a high velocity rifle will take matters a bit further.

I agree with removing symbols of hatred such as Confederate memorials, statues, and flags from public places.

I also feel that public social media forums should moderate against any kind of hate speech.

We can all be more careful that our children and grandchildren don't hear dislike, disapproval, or bigotry when we talk about non-Jews or even non-frum Jews. They should be free to form their own opinions of people as individuals rather than stereotyped caricatures. And when we tell our children about all the evil that happened to us as Jews, we should be careful to teach them that many non Jews are good and kind and not to judge all non-Jews like we do Pharoah or Haman or the Nazis yemach shmo.
