The Pink Stuff a/k/a Raspberry Mousse
from a Chabad House cookbook
1 tsp vanilla
2 8 oz cartons triangle whip, or the new bigger 16 oz size that Gefen makes
4 (raw) egg whites - you can leave these out
1 16 oz. box sugared raspberries or strawberries, with syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
In your electric mixer, whip the triangle whip with vanilla until firm, not overbeaten, and then add the rest of the ingredients and mix until frothy.
Freeze in Tupperware, a foil pan, or in individual dessert dishes. Makes about 10 small servings.

Thanks. It sounds yummy. I made something very similar on Pesach and it was great. I gotta find those pasturized egg whites . . .
