Purple cabbage salad with ketchup dressing

I see so many types of purple cabbage salad recipes here but could not find the one that has colored peppers in it with a ketchup dressing.
Does anyone have it?

The Bais Yaakov Cookbook
Tangy Red Cabbage Salad (page 91)

Dressing :
1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
3 tablespoons white vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons yellow mustard

For salad :
2 (8 ounce) bags red shredded cabbage
1/2 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
2-3 scallions, thinly sliced
1/3 cup honey glazed pecans, chopped

Prepare the dressing :
Whisk oil, white vinegar, sugar, ketchup, water, salt, ground black pepper, garlic, and yellow mustard in a small bowl or blend with an immersion blender.

Assemble the salad :
Place cabbage into a large salad bowl. Top with yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, scallions, and honey glazed pecans. Pour dressing over the vegetables right before serving.
