I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but I make simple tuna patties all the time for my kids (I have no idea if they're delicious, I don't eat fish, but my kids certainly gobble them up!) All I do is mix a can of drained, water-packed tuna with an egg, a dash of salt, and bread crumbs as needed to hold it together. Form into patties, and fry in shallow oil. But I assume you are talking about something a little more elevated and fancy?

I sautee onions. Mix tuna with mayonnaise. Mix eggs, tuna mayonnaise and onions. A little breadcrumbs and fry

If you add some mashed potatoes inside it makes them really nice and creamy.

Nice idea! Do you do that instead of bread crumbs?
Can I have your whole recipe? Do you put in sauteed onions too?

Not the healthiest but when I want delicious tuna patties I put about 4 tablespoons mayo per can. One egg, squirt of mustard, finely chopped spring or red onion (or regular onion in a pinch), half a cooked potato, mashed (or any other starchy filler)salt, pepper and some chopped fresh or dried parsley. If I'm feeling healthy I'll put double the egg and half the mayo.

I generally do tuna cutlets as a lazy supper so I don't do onions bc then it means washing out the frying pan! But it's probably yummy with aswell!

I dont really have a proper recipe but here's a general idea

2 tin of tuna
1 medium potatoe mashed (make a lot and serve it with the patties on the side!)
2 eggs
Instead of breadcrumbs I crumble some white bread in tiny pices it makes it much lighter and yum!
Small amount of salt, pepper, garlic powder, ketchup, soy sauce... whatever you like really!
