I like to make everything bagel salmon. I spread the fish with some whole grain mustard and then coat the fish in Everything Bagel seasoning. You can also mix the seasoning with Panko Crumbs.

I’m obsessed wih this product and put it on everything. Its especially delicious on salmon! Sprinkle it on liberally and put it in the oven. Nothing else is needed, not even oil. I cook it covered for half of the cooking time and then uncovered. Go buy it, you wont regret it. (Its also amazing on chicken!!).

Smear (I use low fat) mayo (and optional, bbq sauce) on salmon, sprinkle spices and then corn flake crumbs. Bake covered and then uncovered so top gets crispy.
