Looking to do a family Shabbos. Around 150 people in the tristate area. We want to bring our own food. Has anyone done one and know of a hotel that can accommodate such a Shabbos?

Crowne plaza in Danbury, Connecticut. They mentioned that they have Jewish groups almost every shabbos. They have the option of using keys instead of electronic cards for the rooms. Very accommodating for other things needed for a frum shabbos.

Also Crowne plaza in Stamford CT, I believe it's owned by a yid, and as far as I heard, has kosher food options so you don't have to bring along. Am pretty sure they have a mikvah, kosher kitchen...

Crowne plaza Fairfield NJ.
There’s a caterer Yoeli weiss that arranges shabosim in hotels. He does an EXCELLENT job, and is very well priced.

I'm specifically looking for hotels that ran $100 per room/per night or less. Any ideas?

We had our shabbos Sheva Brachos at the Crowne Plaza in Danbury, CT. We had it arranged by the organization called Noam HaShabbos. They did all the work-- but it was expensive. Feel free to message me with any questions you think I can answer for you.

Yes they do. But they overcharge you & reused food by meals. Ull see the same salads by every meal. We where ripped of terribly by them.

Hudson valley resort and spa
Lower end place. There can be multiple groups the same weekend in the summer. During slower seasons you can ask which weekend is empty so far.
You can bring your own food not sure if it's extra to use the kitchen and dining room.
I think it's about 110 a night and you can pay for another half a day so it's 150. Like that you can have your room till the end of shabbos and don't have to check out at 12pm. Families that take multiple rooms for the night can check out and keep only one room if they won't take afternoon naps.

For the shabbos program they make, they charge about $800 per couples. You absolutely don't get your money's worth with them. There are programs that charge less & you get way more for your money.
