how might one make a lemon garlic chicken?
or lemon anything chicken
just for two thighs. for supper tonight not shabbos/YT
I think I have thyme .. too lazy to go check
but I know I have tons of lemons and garlic!
so any ideas????

This is a really simple recipe.
Prick a lemon all over with a fork. Let drip into a glass cup. Rub liquid onto the chicken. Place lemon into the chicken. Sprinkle with pepper.
Cook covered till done, last 15 minutes or so uncovered.
That's it.
You could probably do the same with adding garlic.
