I ran out of apple cider vinegar. I have white vinegar, red wine vinegar, rice vinegar, and balsamic.
Which of those is closest to cider vinegar to substitute in the dressing recipe?

I would go with red wine, because it is at least a fruit. Good luck!

I usually swap rice vinegar with cider vinegar when I run out of one of them.
