I just colored a whole load of my husband's dress shirts pink!!

How do I bleach them? I've got some concentrated bleach that I use for cleaning, can that go in the machine? How much do I need? Do I need to dilute it first? Where do I put it in, the detergent compartment? Do I also use regular detergent?
I remember when this happened at home my mother would put the wash right back on as soon as possible, before the color has time to set. Is it meant to be hot or cold though?

I already did a load with diluted bleach. It looks a bit better but still has a pink tinge. How many times do I need to do this? I'm scared I'm gonna kill the shirts by washing so much..
