I had a teacher Rabbi Blobstein in Israel many years ago, so I guess it's not so rare. I did read that he later changed his name, lol.

His name is Rabbi Shammai Blobstein, 1845-425-1392. A very special person.
The dermatologist in Brooklyn is his brother.
I am a close relative, so watch what you say!

I heard very GOOD things about the dr. We never went b/c the public transportation was too h ard between here and there.
