One-pot Chicken lo-mein

gren onion or reg big white onion
four cut up chicken cutlets or cut up leftover chicken
1 pkg any kind of angel hair or spag. noodles, use leftovers if you have them
1/2 tsp ginger
pepper to taste
1/4 soy sauce
1 pkg froz broccoli, carorts, and water chestnuts - we used leftover marinated vegs. from Shabbos

Cut up your onions and sautee with your chicken. Add your spices and sauce and the veggies. Add your noodles.

Serve hot.

Mmmmmmmmmmmm
