Very misleading title. The man wasn't on verge of death till the safe fell. He didn't leap into the safe; he was in its path and managed to scoot into its void as the safe was falling. The episode was a huge miracle, but the title suggests that the man was in danger from something else, and chose to jump into the safe to escape. Nitpicking? perhaps. But a title should be true to the content.
