My boss wants me to start an Instagram account for the business.
I know it's more functional on a phone but I want to have it on my PC.
Does anyone know how to go about it? I did a Google search and then searched again if the Google results were safe and virus free and I am just tired of searching and not finding a safe way to do it.
Any help is appreciated!

Do you mean you want an instagram app on your desktop? I just go into instagram.com, and sign into my account.

Afaiu you can view but not post on Instagram on a computer.

By signing in to my Instagram account from my computer, I can only view and comment but not post. I need to post pictures.
Basically, I want to know how to be able to download (Android) Apps on my computer.
