I once made a marinated vegetable salad like they sell in a lot of takeouts, but I can't find the recipe anymore. It had baby corn, cucumber, pepper, onion, vinegar, sugar, and I can't remember what else or what amounts. Does anyone have a recipe like this that they could please share? Thanks!

Long strips. I've halved the baby corn lengthwise and cut the rest of the vegetables into similar size/shape.

I just diced everything and I didn't have carrots so skipped them.
