I'm making a bar mitzva bez'h later in the year. For various reasons I will be unable to bake right before, how long can baked goods be frozen?

As long as it's before pesach and you triple wrap it really well then there should be no problem. Bake away.

Did you mean after pesach? Only bake before Pesach if you sell chametz gamur.

If not, I'd start baking right after pesach and wrap super well like e/o else suggested.

The simcha is towards the end of next year. So yes, way after Pesach.
My question is how long is it okay to freeze baked goods? What does a good few month mean?

I wouldn't suggest more than 2 months.
And before you do any baking, clean out the freezer really well. Any mess or smells will seep into the taste of the frozen goods. And of course, wrap really really well.

No. Don't bake until after preach.

I would not want to eat anything baked prior to pesach. We don't keep chametz gamur.

I mean to say as long as the simcha is before Pesach. Otherwise start after Pesach and I say 2 months max. After that it starts getting a freezer taste.

We don't sell chametz so no worries about that Wink Besides, I'm not planning to start that early.
I'm just asking now so I don't worry about it for the next few month.
