My dd alleric to wheat, dairy and tomatoes. I'd like to make a salad for supper, but I'm out of ideas. We had broccoli this week already.

Romaine lettuce, julienned carrots for color, cut kirbies and colorful peppers. Any parve dressing or seasoning will work
