it's colorful and delicious, what else do you need? do you want to serve it with a mayo dilly sauce?
I've posted before that I've done half salmon, half gefilte; do you want to go there?

Serve on a bed of lettuce with a drizzle of sauce and carrot shavings sprinkled around the edges.
(I have not looked at the older recipe threads so I don't know what's in there, but how would the presentation of salmon gefilte differ from regular gefilte?)

My cousin did this - she cooked some frozen spinach, squeezed out the water, put it around the loaf. Then put puff pastry around that. Egged it & baked. It looked so pretty when sliced.
