You can just add granola clusters to vanilla ice cream...

I have a recipe where I crush cornflakes into small pieces, and mix it up in a melted chocolate/peanut butter type mixture. Then I add these pieces to my ice cream and the result is ice cream with crunchy chocolaty things in it- it's delicious. If this is what you have in mind, I'll be happy to post the recipe.

Okay, everyone! Here it is! (If you have the TAG cookbook, it's page 368)
Choco- Peanut Butter Ice Cream
2 (8 oz.) containers dessert whip
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C. sugar
1 1/2 C. crushed corn flakes
10 oz. chocolate chips
1/3 C. peanut butter
Whip dessert whips until stiff. Add eggs, vanilla, and sugar; whip together. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in a saucepan (I usually do it in a double boiler) Stir in crushed corn flakes. Spread mixture on aluminum foil and place in freezer until hardened. Once frozen, break up chocolate mixture; stir into whipped ice cream. Spoon into a 9 X 13 inch pan. Cover and freeze until ready to serve.
