And are you a "product" of your school? Meaning, if you went to Satmar, do you carry on the chinuch you received in that school? I"ll start.....
I went to Tomer Devorah (Boro Park) and I'm the stereotypical Tomer Devorah graduate.

I went to a very diverse secular private school.
There isn't a specific worldview or lifestyle that its graduates subscribe to.

I went to Satmar. I got my GED, graduated college, and started my Masters degree recently. I am not following anything from Satmar but I will always be a Satmar girl, I just can't escape that. I guess you can take the girl out of Satmar but you can't take the Satmar out of the girl.
Just out of curiosity, what does it mean to be a stereotypical Tomer Devorah graduate?

Bais Yaakov of Crown Heights. I don't think it's still around, on Rogers Ave. and Montgomery St., but that was close to 50 years ago. And yes, I am proud of my BY education! and proud to be a BY graduate!

I went to satmar, and I am a product of the school. Maybe a bit more open-minded. I will send my kids to satmar.

I'm proud of my school, a pretty typical graduate, but I don't like to call myself typical, as we are all unique.
