I have got 2 whole trouts that I just defrosed for shavout but now I need a recipe that I can freeze. Anyone has?

Trout won't be as nice if you cook it and freeze it. It will be dry and have little flavor. Trout is very delicate, and not very forgiving.
I only like fresh trout, pan fried over very high heat (skin on). Anything else seems like a waste of perfectly good fish, IMHO.

If it's a whole trout, I would rinse and wipe the fish inside out, generously sprinkle salt and pepper, stuff the cavity with combination of chopped parsley (about 4-5 bunches) and chopped garlic (about 2-3 cloves), drizzle mixed juice of lemon and orange juice and a small amount of olive oil (trout is much leaner than farmed salmon) broil till cooked through. Agree with others it won't refreeze.
