My easy salmon recipe: Line pan with sliced onions. Put salmon on top. Sprinkle with salt. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Bake on 350 for 1/2 hour for one slice, longer if more fish.

Easy moroccan style salmon: rinse 1 lb salmon fillets or steaks, pat dry well. Finely chop 2-3 scalion and 1/2 lemon (use less if don't like tart), mix into small tub of matbucha. Place fish in a non metalic baking pan, slather with matbucha mix, sprinkle chopped cilantro, bake at 180 c for about 25 min or just cooked through. Can be served warm or room temperature.

If you want moist baked salmon, bake skin side up. Or coat the topside thinly with mayo and mustard (preferably grainy ) mix, sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika and dill. Cover with foil and bake.

I make something similar to cbs880 above, but with no sugar and adding a few (4?) cloves of minced garlic.

Sprinkle salmon with salt, garlic powder, onion powder and ground ginger. Seal tightly and bake 20-30 minutes. Flaky fish is dry and overcooked, it's only good repurposed in a salad.
