I ate a lot of junk today. Pretty much only cookies and cakes and some potatoes. Now I'm feeling realy sick toy stomach. Nausea, uneasiness, jittery.... almost like a panic attack. Is it possible that all the food intake is causing it?

yes, it is very likely caused by eating too much junk and not enough real food. Sounds like you didnt eat any protein today
what happens is, wehn you eat too much sugary junk, your body reacts in a way that your blood sugar fluctuates a lot, it can be way too high, then suddenly you end up with it being way too low, then you feel dizzy and jittery.
if I were you, I would eat some protein and a healthy sugar item, eg a couple handfuls of raisins to bring up your blood sugar level. Maybe for protein have some cheese or nuts.
Then go to bed and rest asap, maybe you have not slept enough recently, exhaustion could also cause these symptoms
