One does find a preponderance of nosh in the Mishloah Monos, but I would really opt for actual food for the Seudah.

Ohhh... your kids are bedouins for Purim? I didn't know one themed seudas to costumes these days too...
Okay, here goes.
Sand colored tablecloths.
Cactus plant centerpieces.
Caramel flavored toffees, coffee, and cheesecake (if milchigs)
Lots and lots of water. (Good for the inebriated folks too to minimize hangovers.)
Hmmm.... what else is in a desert? Do they sell scorpion gummies?
