this is my kids favorite dinner!
I boil spaghetti and set it aside. I take the chiken cutlets and cut them into bite size pieces and then sprinkle on garlic powder and then put a bit of oil in a non stick frying pan and when it is hot I put in the chicken pieces and cook them until thy are whit e anc cooked through. Set aside. (if you prefer, you can grill them on george foreman ). I thenk wipe out pan and put drip more oil and saute all kinds of veggies--red pepper, green pepper, grushed garlic, sliced carrots--julliened, red onions, and then add cans of chinese veggies and baby corn--the baby corn is my kids absolute best--they even call this baby corn supper!
then when the veggies are cooked I add the chicken back in and add
1/4 c oil
1/4 soy sauce
1/2 tsp dried ginger
approx 1/8 cup-maybe even less sugar
(the orignal recipe was 1/4 c sugar but this is WAY too much)
once this is all mixed through I add in the pasta and cook together for a few minutes--stir so not sitcks
enjoy!!! yum!

Make spaghetti.
Set aside.
Mix up the following:
2 tablespoons beef or chicken soup mix.
1/3 cup hot water
1/2 cup soy sauce
2-3 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons corn starch
Set aside.
Wok up some chicken cut up into little peices if raw. Then put aside. If precooked, break up into little peices to use later.
If you have a wok, wok up in this order: (first add oil, put fire on high, wait for oil to start smoking, then add first thing. cook each thing until 75% cooked, then add next ingredient.) Oh, and if no wok, do the same in a biiiig pot.
1 Onion, cut up in rings
2-3 carrots, cut into thin-ish strips
1 pepper- any color is fine
1/2 to one head of cabbage, chopped up into strips
Add chicken.
And then if you want, baby corn, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, etc.
2 Scallions.
Add sauce.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add everything to pot of spaghetti. Put in oven for 10 mins.
Enjoy!
Its REALLY tasty!!!
