I remember seeing a recipe recently (I think it might have been in the Mishpacha). I think it was called Crunchy onion salad or something like that. Anyone know what I'm talking about? I would love to make it, but I just can't seem to find it.
Thanks.

I don't know which recipe you're looking for but if you're not looking for exactly that one, my husband loves this salad.
About half a personal size bag of chips, crushed (any type. Can be doritoes, flavored crackers like tim tams, bissli)
Lettuce
Tomato
Whatever other veggies you want such as avocado
Craisins
1/8 c. Diced salami, fried on the stove at a low temperature until crispy.
Cooked chicken.
Dressing: ratios are estimated. The exact ratio is in the BY cookbook with a similar salad (without chips)
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 T. milk preferably soy
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Pinch salt
My husband is always asking for this salad and whenever we have guests it is the first thing they finish.
