Just made a delicious Domanico roast for rh. Wondering if the experts out there can help me figure out how to properly freeze it so that it taste just as delicious when it comes out of the freezer… Do I freeze it dry with the sauce on the side? Or do I freeze it in its sauce? And how to reheat? Thanks so much

Yes. Refrigerate. Slice cold. Freeze.
Freeze sauce separately.
Thaw both fully. Simmer meat slices in liquid. Serve.
