I need to make my american measurements and write it to the metric system and in spanish. My dd is going to check if my google translate is right, but I need help with the measurements.

For example, 2 cups flour would be written as? and 1/2 cup oil would be written as? The difference is mostly dry and wet ingredients. I don't know how it's written in the metric system. TIA
