No, but the whole website has changed and that is causing issues. If you were to decide to order your gifts now, you would be getting error messages.

Anybody else have trouble signing into their account or entering codes through their mobile site? I've been trying for a couple of days now without any luck. I just emailed them... Anybody else?

Me too. I try to login, get taken to the "please update your profile" page, I update all the info and get an error page. Did not try on a desktop nor did I email them...

I've been able to enter codes via the app, so that still seems to be working.

Would you mind posting back here if you do hear from them?
