I've never added kiwi to a salad, but here's the dressing I use for a salad with lettuce/spinach, strawberries, mango and pecans/craisins:
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar (or red wine vinegar for a milder flavor)
3/4 c. canola oil
a long squirt of mustard
