Congrats on the new additions to your family!
As long as the parents are sufficiently caring for the little ones, you don't have to intervene. If you want friendly babies, you may want to handle them frequently (as long as the parents are okay with it). Make sure there's enough bedding/paper for the parents to shred. Plenty of clean water daily (or more). Pellet-rich diet, supplemented with seeds. Make some hard boiled eggs, take the shells off, with some of the whites attached, and let them nibble on it. Ensure that their nest box is in a quiet and warm environment. If you do decide to handfeed, it's best to take out the babies when they're under 2 weeks of age. After that, they're not very inclined to feeding from a syringe.
