Help, looking for schools

We need to likely move within the next year as we are increasingly unhappy with how right-wing our children's school is becoming. Our jobs are well-relocatable so we are doing this based on school choice alone. Please read my post and let me know if you know of any schools in the United States that fit the bill.

Mandatory :
Orthodox administration/hashkafa
separate gender classes or school
top notch secular studies program (college-preparatory, includes all sciences)
top notch Jewish studies program
gifted/enrichment program
Housing prices under 500K

Preferable, but not mandatory :
high schools for both genders available in close location
Extra curricular activities
Chassidic bent
housing prices under 300K
Friendly community and amenities ( restaraunts, etc.)

I'm not from there but what about Pittsburgh? They have affordable housing, I've heard their school is good and it's Lubavitch if that's your type of chassidic bent you're interested in. I'm not sure about the details however so I'll wait for Pittsburgh people to comment.
