Okay this is hilarious. I um, don’t like any accessories on my head, and I vomit from matching septuplets of all ages… I dress my kids so they each look good in their own way, B”H. Also, I’m not modern Chassidish at all, I flaunt my chassidishkeit all the time. I do dress trendy and slenderizing, which may not conform to the navy suit with buckles on the pockets that my neighbors wear. Or the khaki green skirt with the black twin-set that covers everything. lol

But tenelven wouldn’t cheat about me, she knows me well! So there.

I didn't mean modern modern but I didn't picture you with a shpitzle whatever it's called.

this is a hilarious thread, btw.

I wear a really nice sleeky sheitel, Jennifer Aniston style… teeny bit behind my hair, the rest coming very close to my face. but the length is modest, just brushing my shoulders.

mamabear: I did not picture you as satmar at all. I pictured you as a crunchy granola lady who probably spends a lot of her time in Natural Parenting. That could still be true but I pictured you with a long sheitel and flowing style of dress. I think I'm getting this from your avatar!

LOL!!! I know Mama Bear - she's nowhere close to what you imagine! You need to get a transplant on your imagination!

I realized that when she said she had civics at her satmar school. It was totally the avatar.

you don't wearthose "headband" like things that some chassidish women wear? I confess to wishing that was a popular way to wear a sheitel in CH. It looks so classy.

with, this is so cute, but I the pale bungalow house is not my thing at all, but I do like ice tea ALOT, sunset sometimes.

and green, lol I really hate bobby socks but I LOVE relaxed, im not too much in dressing up all the time, relaxing is the best.

ill have to think over how I picture everyone, I didnt put too much thought in to it yet.

Didn't bobby socks go out in the 50's?

I usually wear low-cut socks that don't show very much above the shoe, or something like peds.

The only time I wear an ankle length sock is when I wear high-tops to the gym.

And your gym outfit, for some reason I see a teal colored sweat top, with heather grey pants, which of course you only wear in there. Sometimes you sneak them on at home and shlep it up so nobody sees it. you like to the dumbbells and you HATE swimming!

My gym outfit consists of several different types of black workout pants, in a few different lengths, and a tank top sports bra. Yuck, I hate wearing T's when I work out, I don't like the feeling of a shirt being plastered to me.

I'm the biggest sweater ever. My hair is completely soaked after a workout. I'm permanently attached to a towel.
